This week’s Smackdown started as Michael Cole and Wade Barrett reminded everyone that there would be big celebration tonight as Roman Reigns would celebrate his 1000 day Championship reign. Only 5 man in WWE history had ever achieved this glory and Roman Reigns is one of them. They should a video package after that.
Austin Theory was seen standing inside the ring. He said that apart from Roman Reigns’ title reign, his United States title reign was pretty much historic as well. The claimed that no one would be able to take the title away from him and he would be a carrying the United States title forever. He then introduced Pretty Deadly.

Pretty Deadly came out and they appreciated Austin Theory as a champion in a very cringe way. This is what they were famous for in NXT. This tag team is just the perfect heel. Before they could continue there promo, The Brawling Brutes came out to the ring. They are scheduled to have a six man tag team match.

Paul Heyman Is Concerned About The Security Of Roman Reigns’ 1000 Day Reign Celebration
The match was pretty long and it was booked for 11 long minutes but at a point it was a bit slow. We would not say it was a bad match but it was certainly not the best entertainment of the night. When they had such a long booking time in their hands, they could have come up with something better.
As usual the babyface side dominated the most part of the match. But at the end of the match, the heels got the best out of the faces as Ridge Holland could not answer a team move from Pretty Deadly and they allowed Theory to take the honour of the pin.
Backstage Paul Heyman made Solo Sikoa inside the locker room of Roman Reigns. He told Solo that before the special night for the Tribal Chief and they had to make it special. So the Usos should not be seen anywhere near the celebration that is scheduled for later tonight.
Backstage Paul Heyman met Adam Pearce when he was busy on a phone. We do not understand why every time we see Pearce backstage why he has to be busy on a phone. Cannot they come up with something better? And who does he talk to all this time anyway?
