Match 4 – Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ricochet went to a double disqualification

This match on RAW went on for five minutes only and it was going pretty competitive. It looked like the match could have been really fun but Bronson Reed interfered and beat down both Nakamura and Ricochet leading the match to a double disqualification.

WWE RAW 05.06.2023 Results Part 3, Nakamura Vs. Ricochet, Dominik Confronts Cody, Big Women’s Match

Backstage segment featuring The Alpha Academy where Otis and Chad Gable were seen motivating Maxxine Dupri to take on Valhalla. Maxxine recently revealed that she was ready to make her in ring return. Good to see Maxxine is closing in on her main roster in ring debut.

Next up was the Miz TV segment with The American Nightmare being the special guest. In this segment we got to know that Brock Lesnar would not be seen in WWE for quite a while, so the feud is now postponed. As Miz tried to make fun of Cody being decimated by Brock, Cody returned the favour with tiny balls jokes.

Miz then introduced his “surprise” guest Dominik Mysterio along with Rhea Ripley. Dominik addressed Cody and called him a terrible father. The audience reaction was lit. Just like every time they were not ready to listen to Dominik. But Dominik kept on abusing Cody without listening to the crowd.

Cody Rhodes returned the favour by saying that everybody makes mistakes, even Rey Mysterio made one after becoming the father of Dominik. He said that what happened to him at WrestleMania 39 by the hands of Rey Mysterio was not a defeat but a public spanking.

At the end of the segment, Dominik slapped Cody right into the face and quickly hid behind Rhea Ripley. As Rhea and Dominik left, Cody took out his frustration by attacking him. So now we are going to see a completely new feud and it would be between Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio. Brock Lesnar is out for now as it seems. Maybe he would come back before SummerSlam.

Match 5 – Money in the Bank Qualifying match – Zoey Stark defeated Natalya

This match was booked for only three and half minutes and it was an easy win for Zoey Stark, even though it was not a clean win, but Natalya never looked like a legit competition in front of Zoey. Trish Stratus provided assist from outside and Zoey pinned Natty with the Z360.
