UEFA Champions League 2022-23 Season Top-Scorer List: Golden Boot Winner – UEFA Champions League for the 2022-23 season finally came to an end on Saturday night with the final between Manchester City and Inter Milan in Istanbul.

Pep Guardiola’s men emerged victorious thanks to a stunning winner from Rodri. The first half ended goalless as Manchester City failed to hit the top gear against a brilliantly organized Inter side. The loss of Kevin de Bruyne to injury in the first half only made things worse for them. The deadlock was finally broken in the 68th minute when Rodri curled a beauty past the Inter goalkeeper.

Manchester City survived some nerves moments in the dying moments to seal a historic triumph. The Champions League triumph has completed a historic treble for Manchester City. Earlier in the season, they had won the Premier League and FA Cup as they emulated Manchester United’s triple trophy haul in 1999.
