WWE Money in the Bank is the next PLE event of the promotion and it is one of the biggest events of the year. This year, WWE would organize this event on July 1 and they have booked some big matches for the show already including two Money in the Bank ladder matches.
Seven men have been confirmed for the men’s ladder match whereas six women are scheduled to compete in the other ladder matches. It is unlikely and we would get to see more competitors in the men’s match but there is no confirmation on the women’s match. We may still get to see one more addition.

Both of the ladder matches already looked pretty exciting, however, recent rumours about the event could make things even more exciting. Recent reports from The Wrestling Blog suggest that a new angle might be added to either of the Money in the Bank ladder matches that could change things even more.
The account claims that the company is currently in discussion of adding a screwjob angle in any of the two matches. Even though they could not confirm what kind of angle could be added, and what would be the potential match that would have this screwjob angle. The account claimed;

“Some Money In the Bank news: A segment was discussed to take place the night before MITB with all the participants in the ring to hype the matches. There’s an idea being discussed for someone getting screwed during the MITB match and cost them the win for the briefcase” the account wrote on Twitter.
So what would be the potential match to feature this possible screwjob angle? As far the things stand at this moment, it is mostly possible for the women’s match to feature such an angle. The most obvious one would have been Bayley losing her spot to Shotzi, she would put her spot on the line this week on Smackdown.
There is another possible angle which would be pretty fun. Last night on RAW, Becky Lynch cost Raquel Rodriguez her spot at Money in the Bank as she unintentionally help Trish Stratus to qualify. Raquel Rodriguez confronted Becky Lynch after the match which might lead to a future angle and it would be pretty fun as well.
