Cody Rhodes had been treated as a top star of WWE since his huge return at WrestleMania 38. Previously, he was mostly a mid card who concentrated on the mid card titles like the Intercontinental Championship. But after his return to the promotion in 2023, he is one of the faces of the promotion.

Following his return, he received three massive victories over Cody Rhodes. He also won the men’s Royal Rumble match earlier this year and challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship. It was the ultimate main event of the show, and in spite of his defeat, he remained the over wrestler.

The Journey of a Superstar: Cody Rhodes Discusses the Worth of Enduring the Daunting Schedule

Cody Rhodes is one of the most active stars of WWE as well. The fans can expect to see him appearing almost every week on Monday Night RAW. Recently the American Nightmare revealed how he manages his ‘daunting’ WWE schedule. Speaking with ESPN Radio’s Keyshawn, JWill & Max show, Cody revealed;

“The schedule is it can be very daunting. It’s a gig that you have to really, really love and your family too. If you’re someone who has a family like myself, my wife, and my daughter, that love, everyone has to know about the passion and about the sacrifice.” Continued the American Nightmare.

Cody Rhodes Faced Roman Reigns On The Main Event Of WrestleMania 39

“I am very lucky in a sense that I have my own tour bus and that’s where I’m comfortably at right now. I’m very lucky because after 10 years of driving all over the roads with four wrestlers in a car screaming at each other trying to get food at two in the morning, I’m very lucky that I’m in this position.”

“It’s tough, but I’ll say this. The tradeoff for what we do is so worth it. WWE, every city lately is one sell out after another and there’s been this really special thing that’s happening with our product, which is always popular, but right now it’s even on a different level.

“So that’s the tradeoff. Tonight, I could be as tired and grumpy as possible, my body may be a little banged up, Brock Lesnar threw me all around last week, but still like, you walk out in front of these crowds, and you can’t just be rejuvenated. It’s amazing, so for me, it’s a great trade off.” Concluded the former two times Intercontinental Champion.
