Damian Priest won Money in the Bank at the event by the same name and Seth Rollins won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Night of Champions PLE where he defeated AJ Styles in the final of the tournament. Since then he is holding the Championship neither did he lost a single match. Once again he is being treated as a top star of WWE and currently he is the face of Monday Night RAW.
Upon winning the World Heavyweight Championship at the mentioned event, he is involved in a feud with the former WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion and the leader of the Judgement Day Finn Balor. He was also the first PLE challenger of Seth for the World Heavyweight Championship. At Money in the Bank, Balor challenged Seth for the title.

In spite of losing the match, Balor continued his feud with Rollins for the Championship and at the upcoming PLE SummerSlam, Balor and a rematch to challenge Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. Needless to say SummerSlam is one of the biggest events of WWE. This time, Balor is definitely a big contender to win the title.
Throughout the feud, Balor’s Judgment Day teammate Damian Priest is somehow involved in this storyline too who won the Money in the Bank ladder match at the Money in the Bank pay per view event. He is teasing a cash in for the World Heavyweight title all the time which makes him a part of this storyline too. Rollins recently spoke to Fox News where he talked about Priest’s impact on his current storyline;

Damian Priest Became Mr. Money In The Bank 2023
“That title, that top spot – that changes people,” he said to Fox News. “That does some messed up stuff to people. It turns you into a different person, and Priest has got the golden ticket.” Said the World Heavyweight Champion.
“I got it covered, man. I know what’s going on. I know he’s going to be looking for a shot every single time,” he said. “I’ve cashed in that thing. I’ve had it cashed in on me multiple times. So, I understand that game.”

“It’s going to be very interesting to see how it all plays out. I think I’m going to be able to skate out of this thing by beating Finn Balor and avoid being cashed in on,” he said. “But in WWE, man, anything can happen. I’m looking forward to seeing how the whole thing plays out.”
Priest’s involvement in the World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank was quite poorly booked and it turned out to be one of the worst matches of the event. But after the event, Priest got better booking so far on Monday Night RAW and we hope he keeps on getting better booking so that he could be worthy champion.
