This week’s RAW started as Logan Paul came out to the arena. Footage from last week was shown where Ricochet made a challenge to him at SummerSlam and Paul attacked him from behind and accepted the challenge. Ricochet quickly fought back and grounded him.
Logan Paul welcomed everyone on Monday Night RAW and he started his promo. At first he bashed the home crowd for not being friendly to him. Then he talked about his upcoming mega match with Ricochet at Summerslam. He said at SummerSlam he would not only beat Ricochet but destroy him.

Ricochet came out to the arena and said that Logan Paul might be a terrible person but he is a great athlete and he respected that. Paul appreciated it first but he called himself a better athlete as soon as he said that. Ultimately they ended up fighting each other when Paul involved Samantha’s name in the discussion. Paul had the last laugh of this fight.
Next up on RAW, footage from last week was shown to promote the upcoming Intercontinental Championship match at SummerSlam. Backstage Imperium showed up where Gunther expressed his frustration with his partners for not being able to take care of Drew McIntyre.
Ludwig Kaiser Earns A Singles Victory
Match 1 – Ludwig Kaiser defeated Matt Riddle
This match was booked for seven and a half minutes it was a pretty entertaining match. The outcome of the match might look a little surprising but it actually happened. And the more surprising part of the match is, Riddle lost the match clean. The former United States champion might have dominated the most part of the match, but he could not secure the victory.
The decline in Imperium is pretty much clear and it might end soon. Maybe they are trying to build Kaiser as a worthy singles star before the end of the faction. Riddle attempted to hit a Moonsault which Kaiser ducked and hit a DDT to pin him. It was a pretty good match overall.
Backstage Logan Paul was seen walking by, he was interrupted by Byron Saxton for an interview. Saxton after about whatever happened in the ring between him and Ricochet and what would happen at SummerSlam. Paul said that the fans got a glimpse of what would happen on Saturday and he would definitely beat Ricochet at WWE Summerslam.
