Indian veteran pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar poked fun at the Indian batting maestro Virat Kohli for his bowling action in the game and revealed that the former Indian skipper thinks that he is the best bowler in the Indian team.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been a pillar of strength in India’s white-ball cricket over a period of time, with his being the primary pacer in the team during Virat Kohli’s stint as the Indian skipper, but hasn’t featured in the Indian team since November 2022, as the team management was looking to groom young Indian pacer for the forthcoming 2024 T20 World Cup.
Speaking at the CEAT awards in Mumbai, Bhuvneshwar Kumar funnily said that Virat Kohli thinks that he best bowler on the team and added that there are always concerned about worried about the injury that may occur due to his weird bowling action.

“Virat Kohli thinks he’s the best bowler in the team, We’re always scared when he bowls as he could get injured due to his bowling action,” Bhuvneshwar Kumar said.
On the alternate career for Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar said that he could have been a wrestler if not a cricketer in India. The 34-year-old plays the game with a lot of aggression on the field as he goes after the opponents with a fiery attitude in the game
“He would have been a wrestler if he was not a cricketer,” Bhuvneshwar Kumar added.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar was awarded the best T20 bowler for the year 2023 in CEAT awards and the UP pacer will feature for Noida in the inaugural edition of the UPT20 League and will look to put a fine performance in the domestic cricket for Uttar Pradesh in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy to make a comeback into the Indian team.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli will be pumped to perform for the Indian team in the forthcoming Asia Cup 2023 and ODI World Cup 2023 as his form and performance will be crucial for the team’s success in the mega-events.
The Indian veteran is known for his consistency in International Cricket in all three formats of the games. The 34-year-old has been Men in Blue’s best batter in red-ball cricket and white-ball cricket over the years and would look to continue his fine form in International Cricket in the coming years.
