Many say that Indian bowlers aren’t capable of picking up 20 wickets at away venue in a Test Match. While many strongly agree, there are few who don’t agree to this statement as well. But we are here to take a look at list of bowlers who have alone picked up more than 10 wickets in a single Test match at an away venue –

There are just 5 instances when a Indian bowler has picked up more than 10 wickets in a Test match. Irfan Pathan is the only Indian player to perform this feat twice.
The best figures are by Bhagwath Chandrasekhar in 1977 when he picked up 12 wickets against Australia in Melbourne. Following him is Irfan Pathan with 12 wickets against Zimbabwe.
It is shocking to know that bowlers like Kapil Dev, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan or Bishan Singh Bedi have never picked up more than 10 wickets in a single Test match away from India.
