Twitter king Virender Sehwag has once again set the social media on fire by his latest tweet. The former swashbuckling opener has carved his own niche on Twitter with his unique style and never shies away from making any bold comment or trolling anyone. The latest person to get trolled by Sehwag was renowned novelist and columnist Shobhaa De.
With Indian athletes failing to win a medal at Rio, the novelist decided to vent her frustration and took to Twitter to question the athletes’ commitments.
“Goal of Team India at the Olympics: Rio jao, selfies lo, khaali haat wapas aao (Go to Rio, click selfies, return home empty handed). What a waste of money and opportunity,” she wrote.

And after wrestler Sakshi Malik ended India’s agonizing wait for a medal by winning bronze in women’s 58kg freestyle, fans started trolling Shobhaa De and so one cannot expect the Nawab of Najafgarh to remain silent on such an occasion and he too took a dig at the columnist.
Sehwag trolled De in typical style after a parody account of his posted the following tweet:
#SakshiMalik ke gale me medal kitna "Sobha De" raha hai na !!! #HappyRakshaBandhan pic.twitter.com/5qnN0tbD4y

Retweeting the post, the former opener wrote:”Bilkul , isliye Shobha Na De aise kaam nahi karne chahiye,” in a reference to Shobhaa De.
