In his playing days, Virender Sehwag often took a liking for bowlers and was content only after thrashing them completely. Post retirement as well, Sehwag is no different, but only his medium of portraying his thoughts has changed. The Nawab of Najafgarh is an active member on Twitter, and time and again communicates his thoughts to his fans through the social networking site.
Sehwag was at it again when he wished Jamaican giant and West Indian batting icon Chris Gayle a very Happy Birthday. Sehwag tweeted a picture of the two and wrote the message, “Happy Birthday to my friend and #UniverseBoss Chris @henrygayle .This year too -Gayle, Don’t Fail”.
The two openers were sheer destroyers as they were complete nightmares for any opposition. Both the batting stars have two triple hundreds in test cricket along with a double century in ODI’s. The two had another similarity, as when they opened the innings, fear automatically conquered the hearts of the opposing bowlers.
The magical duo of Virender Sehwag and Chris Gayle also share a unique feat between them, which no other cricketer does. They are the only two individuals, who have scored two triple centuries in test cricket and also have a five wicket haul to their credit in tests.
