Liverpool gave one more dominant performance and thrashed Hull city 5-1 to extend their winning run to six games. Adam Lallana, James Milner, Sadio Mane and Philippe Coutinho were on the scoresheet for the Reds.
In-form player Lallana opened the scoring on 17 minutes when he fired a low shot into the far corner after Coutinho made a great run. James Milner doubled Liverpool’s lead from the penalty spot when Coutinho’s shot was stopped on the line by Elmohamady, who saw red. Sadio Mane took the game away from the visitors when he added a third before the break. David Meyler scored one for Hull but any hope of revival ended when Coutinho added another. Milner scored Liverpool’s fifth and his second from the penalty spot.
With this win, the Merseyside club has now 13 points from 6 games and are now third in the table. On the other, Hull City who won their opening two games are yet to register a victory in their last four games.

This is a #LFC side capable of doing some serious damage this season. This is without Sturridge, Origi or Ings.

#Liverpool is absolutely unstoppable under Jurgen Klopp. It's too early, but they can be a legitimate title contender. #LIVHUL.

Lallana looks a completely different player this season. Goals, assists, always available and still doing his Cruyff turns! He's been class. pic.twitter.com/g6OeGVH4a9
