Former New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum is celebrating his 35th birthday today. One of the finest batsmen of this generation, McCullum is receiving warm wishes from all around the world and Indian opener Gautam Gambhir was one among them.
Gambhir, who is currently out of the Indian team, is very active on Twitter nowadays. The southpaw gives his opinion on almost every major issue and also makes sure to wish his fellow cricketers on their birthdays. So how can one expect him to not wish the cricketer on his birthday with whom he played? Both Gambhir and McCullum played for Kolkata Knight Riders in 2011. Gambhir took to Twitter to wish the explosive batsman. Posting a picture of himself and the former New Zealand batsman, he wrote:” Here’s wishing one of the most explosive openers in the world a happy birthday. Hope to see you dancing down the track soon Baz!”
