Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s biographical film ‘M.S.Dhoni – The Untold Story’ finally hit the theatres on September 30 and as expected the movie got a huge response. Director Neeraj Pandey has done a commendable job as a director and did his best to show every fine detail about Dhoni’s life in the movie.
The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer movie traces the Indian skipper’s journey from a boy of a middle-class family to the pinnacle of cricket and just as the title of suggests it has shown various unknown and interesting stories about Dhoni’s life. The movie has also helped the fans to recall some fond memories of Dhoni’s past. One of them was the incident that happened during India’s memorable tour of Pakistan in 2006. Dhoni’s finishing abilities came to the fore in that very series. Apart from his batting, the fans were also liking his hairdo. In fact, not only the fans but the then president of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf also became a fan of Dhoni’s hairstyle. After Dhoni played a brilliant innings of 72 off only 46 balls to help India take a 2-1 lead in the series, the Pakistan president not only complimented him for his explosive batting but also commented on his hair style.
During the post-match ceremony, Musharraf said: “I saw a placard which said ‘Dhoni have a haircut’. If you want to take my opinion, you look good… Don’t have a hair cut.”
