Arsenal has clinched a thrilling 3-2 win against Swansea City as they managed to turn their campaign around quite dramatically after a poor start to the season.
The Gunners are now on par with league leaders Manchester City with 19 points as they now managed to have six wins on spin making it the joint longest winning streak in the league with Manchester City’s perfect start at the start of the season.
Arsenal looked very comfortable at the start of the game as Theo Walcott continued his fine form to give at 2-0 lead to the hosts after just 33 minutes. However, Swansea managed to pull one back before half-time keeping their chances alive going into the second half of the game.
However, birthday boy Ozil scored the third as Arsenal tightened their grip on the game. Swansea soon came back with a second goal. Granit Xhaka was sent off for his rash tackle which has seen Arsenal reduce to 10 men and were on back foot with Swansea trying to press for an equalizer.
Arsenal, to their credit, managed to hold on with 10 men in the last 20 min as they clinch three important points to go to second place in the league as they differ league leaders Manchester City only on goal difference.

30 – Arsenal are the only team to have won (30) more Premier League games than they've lost (26) when having a player sent off. Adversity.

No assists for Ozil all season but 3 goals in 8 PL games. Only got 6 in the PL last year.

That miss at the end aside, Walcott was great again today, unlucky not to get a hat-trick. He looks dangerous in this system.#Arsenal
