Liverpool once again proved their title credentials with another impressive performance as they thrashed Crystal Palace by 4-2 to move level on points with League leaders Manchester City.
Emre Can opened the scoring at the Selhurst Park in the 16th minute from an Alberto Moreno cross. However, the lead was shortlived as Palace equalized two minutes later when James McArthur capitalized on a Dejan Lovren mistake. But the Croatian defender made amends for his mistake when he fired Liverpool to lead five minutes later when he converted a corner. Liverpool’s vulnerability to deal with aerial balls once again came to haunt them as the Mcarthur once again restored parity from a Wilfried Zaha cross. Liverpool kept on threatening and were finally rewarded for their performance when Joel Matip gave them the lead once again a minute before half-time.
The first half was one of the most entertaining opening 45 minutes of this season. Palace was dominating the proceedings early on in the second half but Roberto Firmino scored the fourth for the Reds against the run of play to make the game safe for the visitors.

Want to get Christmas shopping over early this year? Then why not do it among Crystal Palace's defence and avoid the crowds? #CRYLIV
