Antonio Conte’s Chelsea have bounced back pretty well after back to back losses to Arsenal and Liverpool early this season. They are now in the 4th place in the points table just a point away from the top and are surely fighting for a European spot or may be even the title this season.
However, the manager has time and again showed that he wants to make some changes to the squad and he will get his chance to do so in the January transfer window in the middle of the season.
Conte is looking to let go of a number of star players like Cesc Fabregas, Branislav Ivanovic and Oscar in January to aid his purchases and that has seen him linked with some of the best players in Europe.
One such player who is now extensively linked with a move to Stamford Bridge is PSG midfielder Javier Pastore.

The 27-year old Argentine has been a main stay in the first team in Paris for years now but has not been able to impress the new manager Unai Emery this season.
He has become a utility player for the side and is now reportedly looking for regular game time and is ready to leave the club.
The midfielder has not been able to feature regularly under the new manager in France with injuries hampering his progress early this season and it is understood that Antonio Conte wants to make a move for his player in January.
Having made 144 appearances for the PSG side in his time in the French capital, Pastore is one of the most experienced midfielders in the world and will only improve the quality in the Premier League if he decides to make the switch to the Stamford Bridge.
He has also been an integral part of the Argentine national squad and will be huge addition to the midfield at the Bridge.

Conte is ready to let go of the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Oscar from the midfield of the side and it is not surprising that the 27-year old is targeted to replace the duo in the squad for the rest of the season.
Though there are no reports that Pastore wants to leave, Chelsea, are readying a massive bid to test the resolve of the French giants in January.
A midfield of Kante and Pastore with the likes of Hazard and Costa up ahead is a mouthwatering combination but it is to be seen if PSG are ready to let their talisman go in the middle of the season.
Do you think Conte can get his hands on the Argentine?
