Liverpool ready to pay to off-load out of favor star from the club 1

Though his passion and energy make him aggressive, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is one of the most respected managers in world football and is now on a mission to get the Merseyside outfit to the top of the table.

The manager has not done much wrong since his move to Anfield last year and is now on the verge of creating history at Anfield.

There were a number of changes to the squad over the summer and a number of players failed to get into the plan under the manager. Some of them were sold but one player who stayed back at the club only to be frozen out is French defender Mamadou Sakho.

The 26-year old and his attitude problem in the US on the pre-season tour, saw Jurgen Klopp freeze him out of first team action and though it looked like the problem was resolved, a Snapchat rant from the defender all but ended his chances of making into the starting XI at Anfield.

It has not been a good year for Sakho, who was wrongly accused of a doping charge  to miss two of the biggest finals in world football and he has recently spoken about his chances at Liverpool.

The 26-year old is yet make an appearance in any of the competitions for the senior side but has been working hard for the U23s side since the start of the season.

“I am very, very well,” Sakho told French broadcaster Telefoot.

“I have re-found my form. I still have my smile. I am still determined, I never give up.”

The 26-year old is a genuine fighter but if he really has not place under Jurgen Klopp, it would be best for both parties to part ways in January.

But it comes as a surprise that Liverpool are desperate to offload him in January.

Having made 80 appearances for Liverpool in the League so far this in his career, Sakho is now on the verge of leaving the club a few years after his move from PSG and Liverpool are already ready to let him go.

His wages could potentially be a problem for a couple of clubs in Europe but Klopp and Liverpool want him to leave so bad that they are ready to pay a part of his wages and subsidize them to help Sakho end his Anfield nightmare.

Though Liverpool have decent depth at the back at the moment, Sakho is a top class player and should not be ignored but if Klopp really does not have him in his plans, it is better for him to leave.

Do you think Sakho will be a Liverpool player come to the end of the season?
