Arsenal have suffered a huge injury blow as their star player Hector Bellerin have been ruled out for the remainder of the month due to an ankle injury.
It is expected that the injury occurred after the 21-year received a knock during the 1-1 stalemate against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. Initially, the knock did not look serious as the right-back played the full match and travelled to Spain to join the U21 squad ahead of the European Championship playoff qualifier with Austria on Friday. However, he failed to take part in training and has now returned home in a bid to recover as soon as possible.

Bellerin’s absence will be a massive blow for Arsene Wenger’s men who are set to play Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain in November. He is also a doubt for the league game at home to Bournemouth (26 November) and EFL Cup quarterfinal against Southampton (December 1).
It is believed that the right-back’s injury is similar to the one sustained by his team-mate Lucas Perez last month but Arsenal medical staff are hopeful that Bellerin will be able to recover quickly than the forward. Perez, who was injured in October, is likely to miss six to eight weeks of action.
In a month that can make or break their season, the Gunners are facing several injury problems. Apart from Bellerin and Perez, their star forward Alexis Sanchez is also expected to be ruled out for six weeks after suffering a tear while training with Chile.
