India Vs England 3rd Test - Player Ratings 1

Yet another dominating outing at the iconic PCA Stadium in Mohali witnessed India taking a 2-0 lead over England. With two matches to go in the series, it seems quite unlikely that England will make any sort of comeback. For India though, it was a game full of positives as the bowlers led the show with a fascinating outing.

Needing a little over 100 to win the game, the hosts hurried home as wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel made a strong case for himself with an aggressive half-century. Below, we go through the ratings for the Indian players in the third test.

Murali Vijay

  1. M. Vijay (1/5):

Vijay’s indifferent form with the bat continued as he fell to a short delivery in both innings. The right-hander looked clueless against the seamers as he offered an easy chance in the slip cordon. Another failure from Vijay could well mean his exit from the team.
