Yuvraj Singh's Mother Speaks About Hazel Keech 1

Yuvraj Singh’s lavish wedding with girlfriend Hazel Keech finally came to an end with a glittering reception in New Delhi on December 7. The couple tied the knot at a Chandigarh Gurudwara on November 30 which was followed by a Hindu wedding ceremony in Goa on December 2.

While the wedding ceremony ended without any problem, one thing that had turned it sour was Yuvraj’s ex-sister-in-law, Akansha Sharma’s comment over his mother. Akanksha, who was married to Yuvraj’s younger brother appeared on Bigg Boss and made some startling revelations about the family. She made some really nasty comments on Yuvraj’s mother Shabnam Singh and blamed her for her failed marriage.

After Yuvraj’s wedding in Chandigarh, she has said:“I pray they stay alone and have no meddling from Shabnam. Hazel is lucky that she got married Yuvi, who is a wonderful person. Unlike my husband, he won’t take any interference from his mother. Anyway, he never stays in Delhi for more than 3 days.”

All these comments and incidents raised speculations that Hazel might find it tough to adjust with her mother-in-law. However, Shabnam has quashed all those speculations by saying that she is very happy to have Hazel as her daughter-in-law.

Speaking to DNA, she said:“Hazel has got a very clean and warm heart. What I love about her is that she will do anything to make the family happy. She is a very sacrificing, home-loving girl. Even her mum is like Hazel, very warm and family-oriented. I am very happy that Hazel’s very different from the other girls that Yuvi has known.”

“Hazel is very caring and gives her 100 per cent to her home and relationships. It’s what I would have wanted for Yuvi’s wife. Even when they were dating, she got several offers but she was clear — all she wanted was a house and to keep it clean and nice. Having said that, I want to add that I want Hazel to be outgoing too. She’s a free person and there is no compulsion from our side about anything. If she finds something nice to do, she has our support,” she added.
