Shocking: Premier League Rivals To Raid Man United, Struggling Forward All Set To Leave 1

Everton are keen to sign Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay as manager Ronald Koeman is eager to replace Yannick Bolasie who is ruled out for the rest of the season due to cruciate ligament injury.

The winger has picked up the injury in their 1-1 draw against Manchester United last weekend. Ronald Koeman is apparently looking at Napoli ace Gabbiadini and Memphis Depay.

With Bolasie ruled out for the reminder of the season, Everton could be looking to improve their £12m bid to match Napoli’s £18m valuation for Gabbiadini while Depay also looks as a prime option with Everton reportedly holding discussions with United earlier this week over Depay and Schneiderlin.

Koeman also did not rule out the speculation as he said: “We are looking for players to bring in different positions because we need to be stronger from January. For Bolasie it’s a big injury. He had a scan last Monday, and that showed he had damaged the cruciate ligaments — and maybe something more in his knee.

“We are looking for some good options and maybe it is more necessary now than it was before because we have lost Yannick for a long time.

“It’s a big loss for everybody — for the player, his team-mates and the whole club. He’s an important player and it’s a long-term injury.”

Memphis Depay has been completely ousted from the first team picture as he hardly played for the club this season making one start so far this season since Jose Mourinho took reigns so has been the case for Morgan Schneiderlin (three starts across all competitions) as the duo will have to force a move away from Old Trafford if they are to revive their careers.

Depay has looked sharp for the Dutch national team despite being dropped from Manchester United as he could be the right option for Koeman once January window opens.
