Arsenal squad are fearful about star forward Alexis Sanchez leaving the club as the team have dropped two valuable points against Bournemouth as they slumped further down in the title race.
The Gunners were down 3-0 in the game where they managed pull back three goals to make 3-3 in the final twenty minutes. But according to Daily Mail, the Chilean is unimpressed with the way Arsenal played as they failed to find the winner in the final few minutes.
The 28-year old is the top player for Arsenal as he has arguably been the best player in the entire league. However, after the game Sanchez was seen throwing his gloves to the ground and storming off the field and the mood didn’t change much as he ignored his teammates before heading back home.
Arsenal have yet again threw an impressive campaign mid way as a slump in December saw the Gunners out of top 4 and are eight points adrift of league leaders Chelsea. The forward still has only 18 months in his contract and have been reluctant to sign a new contract at the club so far.
Sanchez have so far offered around £180,000-a-week wages to tie him down to a new contract but the former Barcelona winger is looking for a massive £250,000-a-week wages at the club.
Arsenal are trying to negotiate over a new deal with Sanchez since summer but are yet to reach close to conclusive talks as the talks between the parties continue to drag on. Sanchez is one of the elite players in Europe at the moment as he has been in the best form of his life this season.
A host of European clubs are keen to make a move for him next summer if the situation of the Chilean does not improve at London. The likes of Manchester City, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Juventus and Bayern Munich are all monitoring the contract situation of Sanchez as they are eyeing a move for him next summer.
