A real master when it comes to trolling others, Virender Sehwag, it seems, takes special pleasure when he gets an opportunity to make fun of arch-rivals Pakistan. The former Indian batsman, who used to make life difficult for the Pakistani team during his playing days, has continued to do the same even after hanging his boots albeit on the social media.
He has taken a dig at the bitter rivals on umpteenth number of occasions and one can safely say that his latest tweet is better than all of the previous ones. Remembering his historic 410-run partnership with Rahul Dravid against Pakistan on its eleventh anniversary, he tweeted:“11 years ago, had the privilege to celebrate #PakistanKaBhootBanaya Diwas !

Well, the monumental partnership was indeed a painful one for the Pakistani team. Batting first, they had scored a mammoth 679 runs with the help of centuries from Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, Shahid Afridi and Kamran Akmal. The match was played in Lahore and the hosts would have surely hoped of pushing India onto the backfoot after posting such a huge total but what followed after they declared their innings completely left them shell-shocked.
Sehwag launched an amazing counterattack and took India to a safe position in the match by scoring 254 off only 247 balls. On the other hand, Rahul Dravid was happy to play a second fiddle to his explosive teammate and remained unbeaten on 128. The huge partnership ended in a heart-breaking manner as they fell short by three runs from breaking the record of highest stand for the first wicket but it does not take away anything from the great partnership.
Here is a small video of that incredible partnership:
