Arsenal are to host Burnley on Sunday in the Premier League as they look for nothing less than three points against the bottom half team.
The Gunners are only one point adrift of Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool while they are eight points adrift off league leaders Chelsea going into the team.
The team knows that the result is going to have a significant impact on their aspirations and will go all out to secure all the three points.
Team News
Arsenal
The major positive news for Arsenal would be the return of Hector Bellerin as the Spaniard is now fully fit to play the important fixture. Apart from that, long term absentees Debuchy, Cazorla and Mertesacker are all set to miss out.
Theo Walcott who has suffered calf injury will also be missing out as he continues his recovery.
Burnley
Burnley also have their fair share of injuries going into the game. Arfield (hamstring), Gudmundsson (hamstring) are set to miss the game alongside long-term absentee Long. However, Marney remains doubtful as he is yet to achieve match fitness.
What The Managers Say
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: “With the number of games we have it’s important that we have all our experienced players back and that everybody is focused on doing well.
“We’re going through a moment of truth now – January until May is five months to go. You want ideally all your players with big experience back in your squad.”
Key Stats

Player To Watch
Alexis Sanchez
The Chilean has been the focal point of Arsenal’s attack this season but is now forced back to wings with the injury to Theo Walcott. However, he still looked great no matter the position and will once again try to put in a brilliant display.
