Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are clear to sign West Ham United star Dimitri Payet should they make a move for the unsettled star.
The France international was heavily linked with a move to former club Marseille after informing the Hammers of a wish to return to his former club for family reasons.
However, the French outfit has backed out of the deal after their third deal was rejected by West Ham. Last week, the Sky Sports had reported that Marseille now are looking for alternatives as they are not interested in signing the midfielder anymore. The report had claimed that the London outfit is demanding £30m but Marseille are not willing to pay more than £25m.
And the Metro has now reported that it has cleared a path for the Premier League giants to make a move for the midfielder who scored nine goals and registered 12 assists in his debut season in England.

The Hammers are not ready to sell Payet cheaply after they handed him a five-year deal last February, making him the highest-paid player in West Ham’s history but the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool can easily match the Hammers’ demands.
All the three clubs have been linked with Payet at one stage or another after he refused to play for Slaven Bilic’s side and might consider making a move for the proven star.
Liverpool, who have dropped to fourth in the table after a shocking defeat to Swansea City, are in dire need of new players in the squad. One of their most impressive performers Sadio Mane is currently on the national duty and the Reds are clearly struggling in his absence. Jurgen Klopp’s men are 10 points behind league leaders Chelsea and another bad result can surely dent their title aspirations. In such a scenario, the Reds might get tempted to make a bid for the Hammers star.
On the other hand, Chelsea are doing really well at the moment but with Oscar leaving for China, there is room for an additional attacker. Manchester United have also sold Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin this month and Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing new players.
