Chelsea will reportedly consider interests from Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan if they decide to offload Fabregas in the summer.
The 29-year-old has fallen down the midfield pecking order since Antonio Conte took charge at Stamford Bridge last July. And he has been restricted to just five Premier League starts under the former Italy gaffer.
Fabregas joined the Blues in the summer of 2014 and immediately established himself as a regular during his debut season at Stamford Bridge.
The 29-year-old was also a key member of the side last season, making more Premier League appearances than any other midfielder at the club.
Conte has opted to keep Fabregas in west London this month as Chelsea continue their march towards title glory. But the 2010 World Cup winner could be allowed to move on to pastures new at the end of the season.
Fabregas will apparently not be short of suitors though. According to Fichajes, Serie A giants Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan are all keen on the ex-Arsenal ace. And the transfer experts suggest it could cost up to £26m to secure the playmaker’s services.
Fabregas has won two trophies – the Premier League and EFL Cup – since returning to England in 2014. But, with his playing time dwindling, he may decide to up sticks for a fourth time in his career.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder may have slipped down the pecking order but he is determined to keep working hard in an effort to be secure more first-team minutes during the second half of the campaign.
“Football is my life, it’s everything to me. Every time I’m on the pitch I try to do my best.
“In this game it went well again so I just need to keep going and show the manager I deserve to play,” Fabregas added.
