Having put in a decent performance against Hull City to take all three points from the Premier League tie at the weekend, Arsenal have managed to stay in top-4 of the points table.
With the teams around the top-4 getting closer and closer to each other, the pressure on the Gunners to maintain their position at the top is high.
The manager will be relatively happy with the recent performances of his side but will know they have to improve and perform consistently to end the season with silverware.
Arsene Wenger, who is in his 21st-year in charge of the club, is reportedly ready to sign a new contract extension at the end of the season but there have been no official reports of the same yet.
This has left the papers to speculate on his future and a story by the Sun claims the Emirates outfit already know who will replace Wenger at the end of the season.
According to a report from the English news publication, former Liverpool and Real Madrid manager Rafa Benitez is favorite to land the job at the Emirates if the 67-year old Frenchman calls it quits.

The Gunners are confident of keeping Wenger at the club for another year or two but there are sections of fans that are getting restless and yet another year without success might mark the end of Wenger’s regime at the Emirates.
So, the Arsenal hierarchy is already busy in plotting their next move for the club.
These reports suggest the current Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez is also on the list of managers who might be offered the job in the English capital come the end of the season.
The list includes the likes of Barcelona boss Luis Enrique, Borussia Dortmund’s Thomas Tuchel and Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim, with none of the names expected to turn down the offer.
And it has also been reported if the Spanish manager is able to land the job, he will ask the club legend Thierry Henry to join his backroom staff at the Emirates.

Rafa Benitez, who has had a successful time at Anfield and in Milan, is one of the most respected managers but is currently settled at the St James Park.
However, the Emirates job is something that is too hard to ignore and it is understood that the Gunners are confident that he’ll take the job if Wenger decides to leave.
Arsene Wenger will remain Arsenal’s manager for years to come if he decides to but Rafa Benitez is not a bad option for the Gunners.
Do you think the former Liverpool man is the right man for Arsenal?
