Pakistan’s dynamic all-rounder Shahid Afridi has said that enough is enough and it’s time that the history of India-Pakistan clash in WC gets changed in 2015.

Pakistan have faced India five times in ODI World Cup matches in 1992, 1996, 1999, 2003 and 2011 and have been on the losing side each and every time. But this time around, Afridi is confident that the Pakistan team is ready to turn the tables around.

Afridi said:

“I think it’s enough now that India have been unbeaten against us in World Cup matches and history of Pak-India matches should be changed in 2015.

Speaking on the favourites to win the WC’15, Afridi said that apart from Pakistan; Australia, New Zealand and South Africa will be strong contenders to win the title.

“In my view Australia will be a very strong side in their backyard while New Zealand will be a big threat as well because if they can beat Pakistan like they did in the UAE, then they can trouble anyone in home conditions. Apart from them, Pakistan and South Africa will also be favourites to win the World Cup,” Afridi added.
