Hilarious! Rohit Sharma Vents His Frustration Of Not Playing On Twitter But Takes It Down Minuted Later 1

The IPL auction this season has yet again been entertaining as teams from around the country managed to get their hands on star players who they expect will help them in the upcoming season of the T20 tournament.

Almost every team in the competition managed to strengthen their squad while also retaining the core of their previous season.

The Mumbai Indians are one such team that made some interesting buys in the auction recently.

But even with all the purchases, MI have named star Indian batsman Rohit Sharma as their captain for yet another year.

The Mumbai-born opener, who currently holds the record for the highest individual score in ODI history, is one of the most prolific run-getters in the domestic T20 tournament.

He is an integral part of the Indian team for the limited-over games but he has been out of action for a while now.

Rohit Sharma picked up an injury that required surgery and he is yet to appear in a competitive game since the turn of the year.

He has had a successful thigh surgery recently and is now itching to get back into action.

Sharma has not been involved in the sport for more than 3 months now but he is set to make his comeback into professional cricket with a stint for Mumbai in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.

The domestic competition is set to begin from 25th of this month in Chennai and Rohit Sharma is one of the most important players in the Mumbai squad.

Coming back to action after a long time, Sharma, could not hide his excitement, and took it to social media to put it out, after being announced in the Mumbai team.

He tweeted: ‘Shit man, I Miss Playing’

Here is the tweet:

He deleted the tweet soon after but it is quite understandable that Sharma is itching to get back in action.

He has recently also spoken about wanting to get his chance in Australia’s tour to India later this month but for now, Sharma will have to prove himself in the Vijay Hazare trophy, before he is considered for the national team.

Surely, if he cannot perform, he will miss the game for a longer time.
