Injured Alex Hales Termed Fit, Joins England's Squad For Windies Tour 1
Alex Hales has returned to the England's side for bilateral series against West Indies.

England opening batsman Alex Hales has passed the fitness test and now has been included in the squad to face West Indies for the limited over series. On his Twitter account, he confirmed the news.

Hales, who on February 27 went under a scan to ensure he has fully recovered. Since, the reports suggesting he has, the opener would now join the squad in the Caribbean. However, he would still have to go through rehabs before making into the playing eleven.

England Cricket Board made this news authentic by saying,

Alex Hales arrives tomorrow evening local time. He will continue his rehab with us until the medical and coaching teams deem he is fit enough to join the squad officially.”

The right-hand batsman from Nottinghamshire broke his finger while fielding in the second ODI against India in Cuttack and later went on to miss the remaining matches of the tour as well. His absence did hurt England as they lost the last One Dayer and also the T20I series 2-1.

England is due to play three-match ODI series followed by two T20Is, which begins in Antigua from March 3.
