After Quetta Gladiators’ foreign players opt out from the Pakistan Super League Final, because of safety reason in Pakistan, the franchise is set to field it’s second eleven for the big game.
With players like Kevin Pieterson, young pacer Tymal Mills and all-rounder Luke Wright opted out from the final in Lahore.
Not only the players but broadcasters and even foreign commentators are backing out for the PSL Final. Kevin Pieterson and Tymal Mills has been crucial performers for the Quetta Gladiators. This decision has forced Quetta to field their second eleven for Final.
Quetta spinner Nathan McCullum will also not be part of PSL Final in Lahore. PSL organizers have probably got plan ready, which is at first, they have made all franchise agree to come to Lahore for Final and then they will bring foreign players.
Now after the 3rd qualifying game between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi, PSL will hold another draft of foreign players.
The finalists will bid for players. The list mainly consists of players from English county, like Darren Stevens, Owais Shah; and West Indies regional circuit like Akeal Hosein This list also includes players from the USA like Steven Taylor.
