Chelsea striker Diego Costa has hit back fellow teammate Cesc Fabregas after the midfielder decided to snub him in an Instagram post.
Earlier this week, the Premier League leaders Chelsea have conducted a 6-a-side competition and segregated the teams based on nationalities as part of training regime.
Chelsea’s Spanish team contained the likes of Fabregas, Pedro, Marcos Alonso, Cesar Azpilicueta, plus Belgium’s Thibaut Courtois and Serbia’s Nemanja Matic, and have ended up winning the tournament after beating Brazil in the final.
Diego Costa was part of the Brazilian team along with the likes of David Luiz, Willian, Kenedy and Nigeria’s Victor Moses.
After the Spanish side winning the competition, they took the team photo but Diego Costa who was part of the Brazilian have decided to join the Spanish team after removing his Brazilian shirt.
However, Cesc Fabregas have decided to crop Diego Costa from the pic before uploading the pic into Instagram.
Diego Costa has found about the cropping after seeing the post on Instagram and was quick fire some shots on his fellow countrymen.
The striker wrote in Spanish: ‘F**ker where am I? Are you high?’
Before throwing in some middle finger emojis for good measure.
Despite the training snub, both Diego Costa and Fabregas are determined to perform well on Monday night when they take on Manchester United in FA Cup at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are currently FA Cup as they are leading the Premier League title race way ahead of all their potential rivals.
