During the 12th over of the ongoing Syndey match, the Australian captain Aaron Finch was hit on the stomach by Navdeep Saini’s full toss. But the picture surfaced after the incident, brought simile to the fans of both camps.
Finch was holding in his stomach in pain and had also kneeled down. The pain looked severe before KL Rahul tried to tickle Finch where he was hit and the Australia skipper boxed him away, with smiles all around.
Aaron Finch, who had scored a century in the first ODI, was at 12 when the incident occurred. He went on to score his 28th ODI half-century before Mohammed Shami sent back him to the pavilion, which was also the first wicket of the match. Finch got a leading edge which was taken at mid-off by India captain Virat Kohli.

Aaron Finch and co. gave 390 runs target:
Aaron Finch made 60 off 69 balls with the help of six boundaries and a maximum. However, his wicket fall didn’t harm Australia a bit.
David Warner smashed 83 runs off 77 balls in an innings packed with three maximums and seven boundaries. Steve Smith scored his second century while Marnus Labuschagne and Glenn Maxwell scored half-centuries to guide Australia to set 390 runs mammoth target.
India had a disappointing bowling performance with Yuzvendra Chahal and Navdeep Saini again proved to be expensive. Mayank Agarwal and Hardik Pandya had to step in as a bowling option as they badly needed another bowler. After the break of 434 days, Pandya was back to bowling and also picked the crucial wicket of Smith. He also created an opportunity to pick Marnus Labuschagne’s wicket but Ravindra Jadeja dropped the catch.
