Bharat Arun joins RCB as assistant coach

It is no secret that the good showing in the CWC’15 has been because of an improved bowling performance by the Indians and Bharat Arun the Indian Bowling coach has to be credited for the effort.

After the tournament, Arun now joins alongside a host of greats in Vettori, WoodHill and Allan Donald as an assistant coach. Arun, who will be a part of IPL for the first time was all praises for a star studded RCB team and mentioned that he wants to turn the consistency shown by the team into trophies that have been eluding them.

Arun, who is known to handle people more from a mental point of view believes that at the highest level it is a competition between yourself rather than the others to sustain you best form so as to give the best to your team.

Arun, who thinks that a player never lacks talent at this level feels that the psychology of the player helps him a lot during a match. He also mentioned that because of his vast experience eof coaching at different levels he is used to nurturing the mental aspects of a players game and playing to the players strengths.

Arun, who was a part of the semi final team on the loosing side said that he was not disheartened by the loss simply because they lost to someone playing better than they were.
