During World Cup, George Bailey prepared for spin-friendly IPL

The captain of the most exciting team in the IPL George Bailey said that it felt great to be a part of a World Cup winning team and that the time he had off the field without playing was used to practice more and more for IPL.

Bailey, who has a chance of regaining the captaincy from Clarke, said that he practiced a lot on his T20 skill with Lehmann and that he also is ready for the turning tracks in the IPL.

Bailey who may never be the skipper of his national team felt that everyone who enjoyed the success at the World cup have shifted their mindsets to performing for their team in the IPL and face each other off on different occasions.

Bailey who felt that his team mates Johnson and Maxwell will have a huge say in this years IPL admitted that this season is all about being consistent like the previous season and that it was not easy.

He went to add that he is happy with preparations everyone had in the squad and he is excited by the development of the young Indian players like Akshar Patel, Sandeep Sharma, Rishi Dhawan, who are a part of the setup.
