India tour of England 2022 will kickstart on July 1 and will end on 17th of the same month. Rohit Sharma & Co. will play one Test, three T20Is and three One-Day Internationals against the hosts.

The tour will start with the Test that was originally scheduled to take place last year when India had visited England for a five-match series. The fifth game of the series had to be postponed due to Covid-19. As far as the series is concerned, Team India are leading it by 2-1. A draw will be enough for the visitors to win a memorable Test series.

India last won a Test series in England way back in 2007 when the three-match series had ended 1-0 in their favour. Since then, they have lost three series in England and will be desperate to win the 2021 series. The overall head-to-head statistics shows England have the upper hand in Tests while India are ahead in the limited-overs format.
