Indian fans

India has a massive fan base for cricketers. The stadiums of India are always full of charged up crowds, cheering for their favourites. In some places, the Indian fans are seen to be more excited and cross their limit to meet cricketers. This was seen in the last match of India against South Africa where two-three boys ran towards grounds.

They all have been arrested by Chandigarh police. Sandeep Kumar, he jumped between the match when Virat Kohli was batting, from Yamunanagar, crossed the ‘A’ Block grill. Rajesh Kumar native of Rajasthan jumped the ‘B’ Block fence, another fan of Virat Kohli. The third one was Pawan Kumar and all of them are booked by the police.

“They have been remanded in 14-day judicial custody,” Jagdeep Singh Brar, the Station house officer (SHO) sub-inspector was quoted as saying in The Times of India (TOI).

Rains have disappointed Indian fans

Though there were many halts created by fans, the Indian team didn’t disappoint the crowd. They fully entertained the crowd and gained the first victory in three-match T20I series as the first T20I match was abandoned without playing a ball because of continuous rain. Dharamshala crowd has to go back home without seeing the cricketers playing. Indian fans believe cricket to be their religion and when such a moment happens it destroy the passion.

HPCA, refund

It was good news for Indian fans that the tickets were refunded for the match, announced Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA). This year rain has halted more matches and disappointed the crowd, leaving without seeing a full match. There should be taken some measures for this problem.
