Indian Premier League: David Miller Says Kings XI Punjab Stint Made him a Better Batsman

IPL has the habit of bringing the best out of players and David Miller is the newest player on the block who has IPL to thank for his heroics in the national team.

David Miller who announced himself at the IPL after a 38-ball hundred said that IPL has improved him as a batsmen and that he has grown in confidence because of this event. However, he was quick to spot out that he was nowhere close to a finished article and that he still has a lot to learn.

Miller who added that the previous season of IPL has taught him to adapt to different situations and play accordingly also said that having the same team this year has helped them in their preparation and that they are hoping to do the basic rights and minimizing the weakness in the squad.

Miller said that he does not feel obliged to compete with fellow countrymen and that he is always happy when his mates perform and that it was important for him to play as his team requires him to.

Miller also added that he felt good about his form and his team who are always up for a challenge have helped in his mindset.
