The two day tour match between India and Cricket Australia XI which was scheduled to take place on November 28th and 29th at Adelaide has been abandoned due to the untimely demise of Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes

Given the fact the it’s a very heart-breaking situation for the cricketing world, especially the Australian Cricket, the authorities have promptly postponed this tour match.

At first the intention was to re-schedule this tour match on November 29th and 30th but now that also stands cancelled. It seems a mature decision considering the mindset of players due to be involved, many of who have played with and against the left-hander.

Cricket Australia on Twitter released a statement saying the game stands cancelled and also that Indian team will train in nets on Friday, not on the ground, as a mark of respect to Phillip Hughes.
