The 46th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Delhi Capitals (DC) will be a high-scoring encounter, without a shade of doubt. Kolkata too didn’t have a great season in 2023 either. They finished in the seventh position, and the main reason behind this failure was their bowling. In the top 30 highest wicket-takers of IPL 2023, they had one and only Varun Chakaravarthy at number seven, and no one to follow.

In this 2024 season, they are yet to improve his department though. The only concern for them could be Rinku Singh, who hasn’t got much chance in the batting. In eight innings, the left-handed batter has 112 runs in eight innings at a strike rate of just under 160.
