Former South African batsman JP Duminy has picked his all-time IPL XI in which he selected Virat Kohli to lead the team. Surprisingly, there was no place for CSK captain MS Dhoni and his deputy Suresh Raina. In fact, Duminy has not followed the rule of only four foreign players in the team and he has selected nine overseas whereas only two Indian players were able to break into the side.

Chris Gayle and Adam Gilchrist open the batting for JP Duminy. Gayle has scored 4484 runs in 125 IPL matches at an average of 41.13 and a blistering strike rate of 151.02. Gilchrist had led Deccan Chargers to glory in the second edition of the IPL in South Africa and he keeps the wickets for JP Duminy. The Australian southpaw scored 2069 runs in 80 IPL matches.
