The first T20 fixture between Sachin’s Blasters and Warne’s Warriors was a breathtaking one indeed. It was an outing where all the legends of the game collaborated to promote the game and entertain the viewers. All eyes were fixed on the Little Master, Sachin Tendulkar, when he came out to bat. Tendulkar looked set to play a big innings, as he had begun timing the ball really well after a cautious start.
In came his old rival and close pal, Shane Warne. The sluggish nature of the wicket meant that Warne was bowling on the shorter side to Tendulkar. On a ball pitched back, Tendulkar leaned on the back foot, aiming for a big shot. Due to not timing it correctly, the ball went straight in the air. What followed ahead was simply out of this world!
The 40 year old Jacques Kallis jumped like a gymnast, to take an unbelievable catch at mid off. Everyone in the arena, including Tendulkar and Warne, stood in disbelief and amazement. The acrobatic brilliance of Kallis was simply awe inspiring. Below, is the video of Kallis’ one handed stunner to send back the Master Blaster.
