Manish Paul, Rannvijay to urge fans to root for Team India

Mumbai, March 25 (IANS) Actors and hosts Manish Paul and Rannvijay will promote the cricket fever with their friendship by coming together on social media website Facebook’s live act feature wherein the duo will aim to urge all friends to come together to cheer for the Indian cricket team, in a different way.

With McDowell’s No.1 Soda by United Spirits Limited’s campaign ‘Yaari Nibhao, Jeet Manao’, the duo will be seen making and fulfilling the whackiest promises during the India vs Australia World Twenty20 match on Sunday, live in front of millions of cricket fans.

“As ardent cricket fans, we completely relate to the campaign which is a true reflection of our long standing friendship and sentiments towards the game. Even till this day we make it a point to spend match days with friends and showcase our passion by fulfilling promises made at the heat of the moment,” Manish said in a statement.

Rannvijay said the fun is amplified when matches are seen together with close friends.

“We are looking forward to the Sunday match as the experience promises to be better and bigger through the Facebook Live video function,” he added.

The brand is also running a contest where cricket crazy friends are being urged to make and fulfil the craziest promises, to celebrate their friendships.
