Michael Clarke the Australian captain has been one of the most consistent bats for Australia before few years but injuries made him take a break. Clarke always adored Tendulkar for his batting prowess and feels that not many can match his batting style.

He also named two Australian greats in Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath alongside Sachin in his list of best players ever. He named Jacques Kallis as the best all-rounder he has played with. He also added the Caribbean legend Brian Lara to complete his list of the top 5 players.


Clarke also responded to a series of questions about his mentality and the game. However, one of the questions that stood out was when he was asked about the fastest bowler he has ever played against. Clarke said that Shoaib Akhtar is the fastest bowler he has faced and that it was a bit difficult to play.

Clarke has already retired from the limited forms of the game. He is presently in West Indies for a series of tests against the hosts. He also revealed that the best bowler he has ever faced was the tall fast bowling all rounder Andrew Flintoff.
