Michael Vaughan offers his sympathies to Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft

Minutes after the two emotional press conferences at Sydney and Perth, held by Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft, sympathies started to pour in on the two culprits of the ball-tampering row.
While Bancroft tried real hard to fight back his tears during the press conference, Smith found in trying to hide his emotions and broke down repeatedly during his interaction with media.
Watching the two cricketers distraught in disgraces is a hard pill to swallow for any cricket loving entity, let alone the cricketing community.
Former England captain, Michael Vaughan, keeping aside the fierce English-Aussie rivalry aside, lauded the valor of both Smith and Bancroft for facing the media.
Vaughan professed on similar lines as the common saying of ‘to err is to human.’ The Ashes-winning captain regarded two convicted players as ‘decent guys’ who erred due to a moment of madness.
Furthermore, the 43-year old Yorkshireman hoped that the two devastated cricketers receive the necessary support and come back strongly in the second inning of their career.
Vaughan also advocates about both Steve Smith and Bancroft being given a second chance. Interestingly, Vaughan had no encouraging words for David Warner.
“‘Good people make mistakes’ .. I honestly think Steve Smith & Cam Bancroft are decent guys who had a moment of madness .. they deserve a 2nd chance and hopefully get the right support around them now .. Takes a lot guts to do what they did today ..,” tweeted Michael Vaughan.

Also, the two defamed cricketers received some moral encouragement and support from the universe boss ‘Chris Gayle’ and Hitman Rohit Sharma later.
