As Pakistan is set to tour New Zealand in December, Mohammad Amir seems to be disappointed for being snub from that tour. The left-arm seamer had last played for Pakistan’s T20I team against England in August this year. He went wicketless in the two-match series while also was expensive.
After completing the T20I series against Zimbabwe at home, Pakistan will travel to New Zealand to play three-match T20I series and two-match Test series. The T20 series will be held from December 18 to 22, while the Test series will start on December 26 and conclude on January 7.

On Wednesday, Pakistan announced a 35-men squad for this tour but Mohammed Amir’s name was missing. Misbah explained that Amir was left out since he wanted to give chances to young players who could go on to represent Pakistan in all formats. Well, Amir is 28-year-old and is much more experienced to play on Kiwis shores.
Mohammad Amir takes a dig at Misbah-ul-Haq:

Taking to Twitter, a user questioned over the snub of Mohammed Amir considering that the team is preparing for the coming T20 World Cup. To this, Mohammad Amir said that Misbah has the answer to why he was overlooked for the New Zealand tour.
But, while he took a shot at Misbah, Mohammad Amir wished all the players picked for the New Zealand series good luck.
