Ravichandran Ashwin has become more active in social media in the past years. He is ever ready to praise the players about their game. Recently, he started a question and answer round where fans were free to ask the questions to the spinner. Answering to the fans questions, the off-spinner selected his favourite Pakistan cricketer.

Ravichandran Ashwin ready to Mankading again
The controversy, which surrounded Ashwin in 2019, was Mankading during IPL 2019. In the match against Rajasthan Royals, he ran out Jos Buttler, who was standing at the non-striker end. This practice is legal in cricket, but it is against the ethos of cricket. When the respected bowlers like Ashwin practice Mankading, it questions the sportsmanship. A fan asked the spinner about who would he Mankad in the IPL. He has given the simple one-liner answer that anyone that goes out of the crease.
Ashwin has been the star spinner for India, especially in the Indian fields. He last played with India during the Test match against Bangladesh when India played its first pink ball game.
