Arguably the best player to have played for India, Sachin Tendulkar gave a piece of advice to batsmen all around the world about how to improve oneself in the present day game.

Sachin explained that a batsman must be on his toes and learn new things and innovate and that he must concentrate and work even harder if he wants to counter quality bowlers. He explained that world class bowlers usually innovate and add something regularly to their armor and that the batsmen must think quick and hard to counter such tactics.

Sachin was also asked about his experience facing Malinga’s Yorkers. The Master Blaster came up with a witty reply asking the batsmen to stop looking at his colored and hair and to start concentrating on the ball.

At a promotional even in the Gurgaon Hub, Sachin went down his memory lane to his first test match as captain and explained that he was jubilant after winning the game. He also spoke about his 35th century in 2005 surpassing Sunil Gavaskar. He explained that he dreamt of scoring century at the Kotla days before he actually did score and break the record for the most number of centuries scored.

The Mumbai Indian’s icon also praised the fans from Delhi. He said that the people from Delhi love their cricket and come to watch games irrespective of the weather conditions and that it shows the passion they have for the game.
