Twitter king Virender Sehwag is back with his hilarious birthday tweets. The former Indian opener has made a habit of wishing past and present cricketers on their birthdays in his unique and hilarious style. The swashbuckling opener has become a fan favourite on the social media and almost everyday fans wait eagerly for his tweets. And just like his entertaining batting, the Nawab of Najafgarh never disappoints his fans.

This time, Indian pacer Ishant Sharma was in line to face Sehwag’s tweets. The Indian pace spearhead turned 28 on September 2 and Sehwag wished him in his own style. Sehwag took a dig at Ishant Sharma for his trademark ‘long hair’, and referred the lanky pacer as ‘Baal Wale Burj Khalifa’.

Playing for the Indian team from last nine years, Ishant Sharma made his debut in 2007 against Bangladesh at Mirpur. It was not a dream start for the pacer as he could take only one wicket in his maiden Test. But the following year made him a household name after his devastating spells in Australia.

In 72 Tests that the pacer has played so far, he has picked up 209 wickets at an average of 36.71 including seven five-wicket hauls. In ODIs he has 115 wickets and eight wickets in T20 Internationals (T20s).

An avid sports lover, i always wanted to pursue a career in football. Anyway, writing for sports has kept me closer to this field. One more thing, yours sincerely is a die-hard Liverpool fan. You will never walk alone.
